Warranty
For all products purchased or delivered hereunder, SeaShell International Inc. warrants they are free from defects of workmanship and/or material for a period of time from the date of purchase as noted hereafter: SeaShell Awning System components - 5 years. Sail Material 5 years as outlined in Warranty. SeaShell Awning System components consist of Frame, articulated spine assembly, ropes, cords and attachment devices. Should any products be determined by SeaShell International to be defective, at the option of SeaShell International, such products shall be replaced or repaired and returned to Buyer free from defect. Buyers should report to their SeaShell Awning distributor within (30) days of fault.
